Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Acquirezy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use Acquirezy on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

Acquirezy provides access to a company, deal and contact intelligence database — covering companies, acquisitions, funding rounds, investors, people, professional contacts, schools and events — along with the Chase AI assistant for research and analysis, market and acquisition insights, subscription-based access to premium features, and Bulk Dataset Export / data licensing.

3. User Accounts

Provide accurate, complete information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Accounts are for a single user; credential sharing is not permitted.

4. Acceptable Use & Data Rights

You may use the service for legitimate business research and analysis, use Chase AI within your plan's limits, and use the insights you obtain for your internal business purposes.

You may not scrape, crawl, bulk-download, copy, resell or redistribute the database or any substantial part of it; use automated tools to access the service outside of documented APIs; circumvent rate limits, bot-protection or access controls; reverse engineer the platform or Chase AI; or use the service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.

Exception — Bulk Dataset Export. The prohibitions on bulk export and redistribution above do not apply to data you obtain under a separate written Bulk Dataset Export / data licensing agreement with Acquirezy, and then only to the extent, and for the purposes, expressly permitted by that agreement (see Section 6).

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Plans. Acquirezy offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (currently Pro and Intelligence), available on a monthly or annual basis. Features and prices are those shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase.

Billing. Paid plans are billed in advance in USD through our third-party payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated); downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, after which access reverts to the free tier.

Refunds. All fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods and unused time, except where a refund is required by applicable law. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Bulk Dataset Export & Data Licensing

Bulk datasets are made available only under a separate written licensing agreement. That agreement governs the permitted scope, term, delivery, fees and usage restrictions, and takes precedence over these Terms for the licensed data. Unless expressly permitted in writing, licensed data may not be resold or redistributed, and you are responsible for using it in compliance with applicable data-protection and anti-spam laws (including obtaining any consents and honoring opt-outs where required). Absent a signed licensing agreement, no bulk-export or redistribution rights are granted.

7. Chase AI & Data Accuracy

Chase AI generates responses using automated models and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Our data is aggregated from public and third-party sources and is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranty of accuracy or completeness. Nothing on Acquirezy is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and you should independently verify information before relying on it for any decision.

8. Intellectual Property

Acquirezy owns all platform intellectual property, including the database compilation and structure, Chase AI, software, design and trademarks. You retain ownership of content you create and may use the insights you generate for your business purposes, subject to these Terms.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and may perform maintenance or modify features. We will not materially reduce core functionality for paid users without reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acquirezy is not liable for business decisions made using our data or Chase AI, for third-party data accuracy, or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, with notice except for serious violations. On account deletion we remove your personal account data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes & Contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where required, notified to you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions? Email support@acquirezy.com.
