Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all Acquirezy subscriptions and services. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

All Sales Are Final

Acquirezy provides immediate access to digital data and services. Because of this, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or proration for subscription fees — including for any partial or unused portion of a billing period — once a payment has been made.

Free Plan

Acquirezy offers a fully free plan with access to all acquisition data and filters. We encourage you to use the free plan to evaluate whether Acquirezy meets your needs before upgrading to Pro. No refund is required, because no payment is required, to use the free plan.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time to stop future charges. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew, and you will retain Pro access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any prior billing period.

Chargebacks

If you have any billing concern, please contact us first so we can help. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in immediate termination of your account.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law. Where such rights apply and cannot be waived, we will honor them.
