30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for annual subscriptions only. If you're not satisfied with Acquirezy within 30 days of your annual subscription purchase, we'll provide a full refund, no questions asked.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions (Pro at $10/month and Magic at $20/month) are billed in advance and are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime to prevent future charges, but we don't provide partial refunds for unused portions of the current billing period.
Free Trial Period
All new users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to Acquirezy features. No payment is required during the trial period. You can cancel anytime during the trial without any charges.
Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Include your account email and subscription details
- Provide a brief reason for the refund request (optional)
- We'll process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days
Cancellation vs Refund
Cancellation: Stops future billing but maintains access until the end of your current billing period.
Refund: Returns payment and immediately terminates service access (for eligible subscriptions only).
Non-Refundable Situations
- Monthly subscriptions after the billing date
- Annual subscriptions after 30 days from purchase
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Excessive usage or data scraping attempts
- Disputes filed through payment processors without contacting us first
Payment Processing
Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days, though some banks may take up to 14 days.
