Jaideep is General Manager for Banking, Financial Services and Insurance industry segment for Persistent Systems. He leads the charter to respond to client needs and market potential in the financial services space. In this capacity, he is responsible for understanding and internalizing the trends and impacts of changing consumer behaviour, FinTech ecosystem and the latest technologies. He drives the efforts at the cross-section of consumer needs, both external and internal to the clients and the technologies that hold disruptive promises. He responds by bringing the innovative solutions offerings to drive next generation growth or cost optimization opportunities for Persistent Systems clients.
