David Phillips is a managing director based in our Providence office. He is currently a director of Ascend Learning, Blackboard, CSDVRS and Miller Heiman. Prior to joining Providence in 2005, he was a Luce Scholar and assistant director of business development at Hutchison Whampoa China. Previously, he worked at Goldman Sachs in the principal investment area. He received a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University.
