Andrew Tisdale is a managing director based in our London office. Mr. Tisdale is currently a director of Canal Digitaal Satelliet and HSE24. Prior to joining Providence in 2008, Mr. Tisdale was global co-head of the media and communications group and a member of Morgan Stanley's management committee for investment banking. During his tenure at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Tisdale held various roles within investment banking, including co-head of the media and communications group for North and South America and, subsequently, the same role for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He also led Morgan Stanley's investment banking activities in Brazil. Mr. Tisdale received a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina and a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University.
