Stefan Zuschke, born on July 26, 1962 in Stuttgart, has been working for the financial investor BC Partners since 1993 and at present is a Managing Director of BC Partner Beteiligungsberatung GmbH. Prior to that, Stefan worked for the financial investor Equimark located in Munich. He also worked for the consulting company Cresap Telesis and Mercedes Benz in Germany and Spain. From 1986 until 1990, Stefan studied business administration at the University of Applied Sciences Reutlingen and the Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid. Since March 3, 2010, Stefan is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Stefan is currently the Chairman of the Presiding and Nomination Committee. Stefan is not a member of other supervisory boards to be established under applicable law.
