Skyler Shuford is the founder and CEO of Reaxiomatic. He co-founded Hermeus, a unicorn aerospace and defense company, where he served as President and COO. At Hermeus, he led the technical and operations teams behind the fastest new jet development in 79 years. He has spent more than a decade leading aerospace and defense startups, with earlier roles in avionics, software, and flight systems at Generation Orbit, SpaceX, Northrop Grumman, and Aerojet. Skyler holds a master’s in aerospace engineering from Penn State and a bachelor’s from Cal Poly.
