Russell Gehrett joined Wynnchurch in 2021. Prior to Wynnchurch, Russ was a Partner at Pamplona Capital Management, where he led investments in North America for nine years. Prior to Pamplona, Russ was an investor at Wellspring Capital Management. He began his career in the leveraged finance and industrials groups at Jefferies & Company.
