Mr. Barak has over 15 years of experience in the medical device industry in sales, marketing, business development and company management. Until March 2008, Barak served as CEO at Disc Orthopaedic Technologies Inc. located in Princeton, New Jersey. In 2006, together with the corporate management team, he led the company in signing an acquisition deal with Kyphon/Medtronic Corp. Prior to that, Mr. Barak held a variety of leadership positions at Disc Orthopaedic Technologies, Boston Scientific, A.M.I Technologies and McDermid Israel. Mr. Barak holds a BSc Degree in Chemistry from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA degree from Herriot-Watt University.
