Richard brings over 20 years of experience in developing and delivering enterprise software solutions to a broad range of customers. Richard has extensive experience in all aspects of product delivery, software engineering, product management, solutions architecture, service delivery and pre-sales support. He has specific expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) and Enterprise Integration. Prior to joining Core Informatics, Richard was Director of Product Development at Fiserv where he was responsible for the design, development, deployment and support of the 24x7x365 payment platform, processing millions of payments per month. In this leadership role he was responsible for ensuring successful implementations of payment solutions for Fortune 500 companies including Walmart, Kroger and Kmart. Richard has extensive prior information technology experience ranging from technology startups, to consulting and commercial enterprise software. After starting his career with Anderson Consulting, Richard led the engineering team at Metaserver, a Business Process Management startup, and was Vice President of Customer Solutions at Tangoe, a leading provider of telecommunications services, prior to joining Fiserv. Richard holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Connecticut and a Masters degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
