Phill joined IRIS in January 2009. He brought a combination of business development, product strategy and executive management experience, having helped build major software organisations in Europe, including Siebel Systems and Salesforce.com. During his time at the latter, Phill was based in San Francisco and held positions of Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Operating Officer, Sales and Distribution. Since returning from the US, Phill’s roles have included CEO of Velocix, a UK venture backed business, and a number of board and advisory positions in early stage companies. Phill holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from Coventry University.
