John is a Senior Business Process Analyst at Boston Scientific. He started with Boston Scientific as a technical writer, where he updated existing and wrote new documentation for dozens of different products, and managed release timelines and deadlines per management direction. As senior Business Process Analyst, he played a key role in chairing and coordinating User Acceptance Testing in the Go Live of the Paragon project, enabling the business to implement the flexible Approval Matrix.
