JiHeng Yan is a certified public accountant (CPA) in China, Mr. YAN worked in the Ministry of Electronics Industry – the 54th Research Division’s Supervisory Department as the Vice-Department Head. He formerly worked as the Chairman of the Futian Free-Trade Zone Group and Chairman of the Investment & Development Group. Mr. Yan joined SCGC in 2013.
