Ingo Stork is the Co-Founder & CEO of PreciTaste, a Vision AI platform and category leader in software automation for the foodservice industry. As the company continues to expand through growth funding, Stork’s mission is to revolutionize the way food chains operate with a proprietary AI kitchen management solution that drives labor efficiency through computer vision and deep learning. He’s responsible for the vision behind the technology setting the new standard for food AI management across fast casual and quick service restaurants - enabling food creators to scale while reducing food waste. As an electrical and computer science engineer, Ingo began his graduate research tenure at MIT in Quantum Computing and continued to earn an Sc.D. in Machine Learning at TUM in Munich. From this research, he led an automotive-focused AI project spin-off and then, inspired by self-driving cars, focused on bringing software automation technology to foodservice kitchens. He’s since contributed to a series of publications and food Vision AI innovations and invented 40+ patents over more than a decade to build upon PreciTaste’s unparalleled food technology foundation.
