In year 2000 Mr. Liu participated in the creation of venture capital team at Xiangcai Securities as Vice-President of its venture capital company. After 4 years at Xiangcai he went to study his MBA and then joined SCGC. Mr. Liu is responsible for the investment and management of more than 10 projects. Mr. Liu joined SCGC in 2006.
