Davis has served as a Director of DXP since 1996. Davis is an attorney practicing in the areas of commercial real estate, banking, corporate, estate planning and general litigation and is also a trained mediator. Since March 1992, Davis has practiced law with the law firm of Cletus Davis, P.C. Davis brings to our Board a diverse business background, financial experience, and experience analyzing risk.
