He has architected infrastructure for over 380,000 users across enterprise and government environments, taught over 85 technical courses as a Microsoft Certified Trainer, and delivered more than 125 public speaking engagements with audiences up to 7,000. He started Vetano after watching the resume become functionally worthless — first to AI-generated applications, then to the verification gap on both sides of every hire.
