Chris R. Burch is an IT Systems Engineer for the Home Depot and Delta Airlines, 14 years working in Chinese owned companies, of which 8 years were engaged in direct investment. Mr. Burch co-founded a small venture capital fund, China Technology Ventures in 2000. He joined SCGC in 2005.
