Andrew Ferrer is a Managing Director at General Atlantic and focuses on investments in the Consumer sector. Prior to joining General Atlantic in 2014, Andrew worked at Sycamore Partners, Warburg Pincus and Berkshire Partners, where he also focused primarily on consumer investments. Andrew started his career in the Private Equity Group at Goldman Sachs. Andrew serves on the boards of current portfolio companies Authentic Brands Group, Flint Group, GoodVets, Open Farm, Vegamour, and Village Pet Care. Andrew graduated with an A.B. from The School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University. He also earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Andrew serves on the boards of the Center for Supportive Schools and TEAK Fellowship.
